On Wednesday May 7th, Soroptimist International of Peterborough held our academic awards dinner. Each year, we present our Live Your Dream Awards to women who have overcome obstacles and are full time post-secondary students, with dependants. We also give $2000. awards to students from Trent University and Fleming College who have demonstrated volunteerism in their community while overcoming obstacles in their lives.
