At our Business meeting on April 1st, a total of 13 awards were announced. There were 8 local Live Your Dream Award winners thanks to Delta Bingo and Gaming for their support and 3 non-local winners funded by the Soroptimist Foundation of Canada, In addtion, 1 award was given to a Fleming College student (Tanya) and 1 award to a Trent University student (Drishhya). Several of the award judges also attened the event. Three of the award winners spoke at the meeting and famly members were there to cheer them on. Congratulations to all of our award winners.

Thanks to Linda McElroy for all of her hard work on the Live Your Dream awards and to Trish O’Connor for her leadership on the Trent and Fleming awards. The meeting was hosted by Terri Geerinck and Michelle with an Easter theme.
